I wanted to share my thoughts on something that struck me about the case of Harrison Javier. It's so chilling to think about how social media, something we use in our daily lives to connect with friends and family, was manipulated in such a sinister way in this situation. The idea that a FB post could be set up to lure someone into danger is terrifying. I can’t even imagine what Harrison’s family and friends must be going through knowing that something so commonplace played a pivotal role in his tragic death. It's a huge wake-up call for all of us to be more cautious about online interactions, especially for younger folks who might not see the potential threats until it’s too late. The fact that such young individuals could be involved in this horror makes it all the more unsettling. Let’s hope the legal system provides justice and also takes steps towards preventing these situations in the future. Thoughts and love to Harrison's loved ones during this impossibly tough time.
