I've been thinking a lot about Kofi A. Owens and the impact he made as a teacher and mentor. It's so moving to see how deeply he touched the lives of his students and community members at the STEM Academy in East Orange. The candlelight vigil they organized was a powerful testament to his legacy, with hundreds coming together to honor his life. It's really gut-wrenching to think that someone who devoted so much of his life to guiding and supporting young people could be taken from us in such a tragic way. I hope his family, especially his son who survived that horrific night, finds some comfort in knowing how loved and respected Owens was. Justice needs to be served so his family and the community can find some sense of closure. Has anyone heard more about any progress in the investigation? I've been following it closely, hoping the authorities get a breakthrough soon.
