Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about Robert Smith's murder and the broader issue of crime in Trenton. What's been bothering me is the sheer number of calls reporting shots fired over that violent weekend. 20 calls is a massive number, and it makes me wonder how overwhelmed the police force must be. I can't even imagine the fear and anxiety that the people in these neighborhoods must feel every day. It’s sad to think that some scenes didn’t even have bullet casings, which makes me worry about how tough the investigation must be for the police. Are resources being stretched too thin, or is it an issue of coordination? For Robert's family and friends, the delay in finding justice must be so painful. I sincerely hope with renewed efforts they are moving closer to catching those responsible. Any thoughts on how the community or law enforcement could better address this situation?
