Hey everyone, I came across a recent incident that's really worrying, and I just can't stop thinking about the impact these violent events have on families and communities. Whoever the victim of the shooting on 4th Avenue turns out to be, it's a terrible loss for someone, somewhere, and my heart goes out to them, even in this early stage of not knowing their identity. It's frustrating to see Newark consistently facing these violent events, despite all the hard work local law enforcement puts in. The cooperation between the Essex County Prosecutor's Office and the local police seems like they're on the right track, but it takes all of us to chip in where we can. Remember, keeping an eye out and reporting anything off to the Newark PD tip line could make a real difference in stopping this cycle of violence. I'm hopeful for some updates soon that could bring justice and hopefully some peace for the victim's family. Let’s stay vigilant, folks. Stay safe out there.
