It's absolutely devastating to hear about what happened to Jaquir. One thing that stands out to me is the role of the ShotSpotter system. It must be incredibly challenging for his family to know that technology detected the gunfire almost instantly, yet the perpetrators are still out there. I wonder if there was any surveillance footage from the Fast Trac gas station that night. It might help authorities piece together what happened leading up to the shooting. His love for muscle cars and dancing really resonates with me – it sounds like he was so full of life. I hope justice is served soon for Jaquir and his family. If anyone has insights or possible leads, reaching out to authorities could make all the difference.
