I’ve been following the case of Dominick Santiago Jr., and something that's been on my mind is the timing and location of the shooting. It happened at 3 a.m. on the 500 block of Linden Avenue, which I understand isn’t the most active area at that time. I’m wondering if anyone knows if there have been similar situations in that area before. It seems odd to me that Dominick was targeted so early in the morning.
