I've been following Jerry's case closely, and I just can't stop thinking about how community-oriented he was. I learned he worked as a security officer for the Bangor School District, and from what I gathered, he had quite the reputation for being someone both students and staff looked up to. It’s such a devastating loss for those kids who saw him every day. I imagine it's like losing a member of their own family. In times like this, it’s crucial for communities to come together and support each other. I hope the kids and staff at Bangor are getting the counseling and support they need to process this tragic event. Jerry’s dedication to keeping his school safe is a testament to his character, and it's a legacy I hope the school community will carry forward. Thoughts are with his wife Jill and daughters, Caleigh and Marie, during this tremendously difficult time.
