Hi everyone, I was diving deeper into Mildred Shupert's case from McAlester from back in '95, and something that caught my eye was the fact that NamUs only added her case in 2020. That’s a huge gap! I’ve been wondering if her case could have seen more progress if it had been included in larger databases earlier. Does anyone here have insights into how the inclusion in NamUs might change things for a cold case like Mildred’s? Can it really lead to new leads or does it just help keep these missing persons cases in the public eye? Any info or personal experiences with NamUs would be super helpful. Thanks!
