I’ve been thinking a lot about the role of the caretaker who discovered the Robison family. It must have been incredibly traumatic to stumble upon such a horrific scene. I often wonder how that experience impacted his life thereafter. The caretaker’s discovery was crucial, and without it, it might have taken even longer to realize what had happened to the Robisons. It’s so haunting to think about the cottage standing there in silence for nearly a month while neighbors were unaware of the tragedy inside. This case has always baffled me, especially with the amount of evidence pointing toward Scolaro and yet no justice served. My thoughts go out to the families and the community that had to endure such a heavy loss. Would love to hear any thoughts or insights on how these types of discoveries impact the people involved.
