I’ve been reading a lot about Officer Patrick Prohm's tragic death, and each detail just seems more tragic as you dig deeper. Something that really caught my attention was the immediate response of his fellow officers at the scene. They managed to arrest the shooter even amidst the chaos, which speaks volumes to their training and composure under unimaginable pressure. At the same time, it's haunting to think they were right there when everything unfolded and were powerless to save their colleague. It’s a poignant reminder of the split-second decisions these officers have to make and how unpredictable each encounter can be. My heart goes out to Officer Prohm’s family and his brothers and sisters in blue who carry on with his memory every day. Peace and safety to all who serve.
