Hey everyone, I was digging through some old missing person cases and came across Kathleen Ruth Farrell's from 1996. One thing I'm curious about is if anyone knows more about the area she was living in around the time she disappeared. Charlotte in the '90s was starting to grow, but I wonder if there were any specific neighborhood issues or notable events happening there that might provide some context? Sometimes local changes or happenings can offer clues, and it seems like her case needs more eyes and ideas. Any Charlotte locals or people with knowledge of that era able to chime in?

Anyone here ever look into whether Kathleen Ruth Farrell had any connections to local businesses or community groups in Charlotte? Sometimes these connections can reveal more about someone's daily life or routine before they disappeared. It's strange that there's so little information about her life around the time she vanished. It might be worth checking if anyone remembers her volunteer work or involvement in local events from around that time. Staying active in the community can often place someone in contact with a lot of different people, for better or worse. Has anyone come across any info on that front?
