I’ve been reading up on Shontannette Turner's case, and something that caught my attention is the community's reaction. Her death shook Detroit, and seeing how people have come together to support her family is truly moving. It’s both inspiring and saddening to see how the community has kept her memory alive with vigils and memorials. Community action is so crucial, not just for providing emotional support but also for keeping attention on the case. It’s frustrating that justice hasn't been served yet, but perhaps the community’s continued efforts will eventually lead to a breakthrough. If anyone has thoughts on how to further help Shontannette’s family, feel free to share. Every little bit counts!
