Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Suelynn and Vanthony Burns and can't stop thinking about the impact this tragedy has had on their loved ones. It really hit me when I read about how close Suelynn was to her neighbors and how much she cared for her community. It just breaks my heart to think of those who are missing their presence every day. This got me thinking about the importance of community support in the aftermath of such a horrible event. I'm wondering if there are any local groups or initiatives in Flint that have come together to support the victims’ family and perhaps even work towards neighborhood safety. Does anyone here know if the community has organized anything like that? It would be comforting to know that some good can come from this, even if it's just through people coming together to support one another. Hoping for justice as always.
