Has anyone else found it strange that Whitney's rented car, that lavender 1997 Geo Prizm, just disappeared without a trace? It's not like those things just vanish into thin air. I’ve been thinking about this because it's a pretty noticeable car color, not something you'd easily miss on the road or in a parking lot. Could it be that someone intentionally got rid of it or stashed it somewhere remote? I mean, 1998 was before the days of GPS trackers in rentals, right? There must be some clue out there, either from security cam footage or someone remembering something. If anyone was around that area back then, do you recall seeing anything unusual? It just seems like a crucial piece of the puzzle that's bafflingly missing.
I’ve always been curious about the rented car Whitney was driving at the time she went missing. It’s a lavender 1997 Geo Prizm—a pretty distinctive color, don’t you think? With it being a rental, I wonder about the rental company's policies and tracking at the time. Did they have GPS tracking back in '98? Probably not, but maybe they had some other way of keeping tabs on their vehicles that could have been overlooked or wasn’t as advanced back then. Also, I wonder if the car was returned or abandoned somewhere and never connected to her case. Strange that neither Whitney nor the car has ever been found. It just seems odd that both vanished without a trace. Anyone know more about car rental protocols during that era?
Has anyone dug into the details around the rented Geo Prizm that Whitney was driving? It's always bugged me how a whole car can just vanish without leaving a trace. That car seems to be a big missing piece of the puzzle. I wonder if they ever found any evidence of it being abandoned somewhere or if there's a chance it was involved in an accident that went unreported. Also, did anyone else rent that car before Whitney? Could there be a possibility that something untoward had happened to the vehicle even before she got it? It would be interesting to know if any similar cars were involved in thefts or other crimes around that time. It just seems like there's a lot riding on what happened to that car and if it could lead back to Whitney.
