Does anyone else feel just a wave of sadness whenever they think about Jessica Drummond’s aspirations and what could have been? It’s been haunting me, knowing she was on the brink of starting a new career at U.P. Health System-Marquette. I can’t help but imagine how excited she must have been about her future there. With her degree in Criminal Justice, it's clear she was ready to make a positive impact. It's just so terribly unfair that her potential and dreams were snatched away in such a horrific manner. It's so important to keep her memory alive by continuing conversations about preventing domestic violence. Thinking of her family and friends during this unimaginable time.
