Has anyone else heard about the lack of surveillance footage from the City Diner on the night Grantonio Phipps was killed? It’s really concerning that in this day and age, a public place didn't have cameras running or at least no footage has come to light. This makes me wonder if there were any technical issues with the system or if there’s some reason the footage hasn’t been released. His family and friends deserve answers, and this is such a frustrating piece of the puzzle. I truly hope someone comes forward with information soon. Anyone else have thoughts or insights on how this could have happened in such a busy area?
