I've been reading about Shalita Renee Hunter's case recently, and it breaks my heart to think about the impact this loss has had on her young son. He was only three when she was taken from him. It's devastating. How do you even begin to explain to a child that their mother isn't coming home? I can’t imagine how incredibly strong Shalita's family must be to keep fighting for justice after all these years. Her sister and mother have shown such resilience. They deserve answers, and Shalita deserves for her story to be resolved. It’s unsettling that there haven't been any leads despite the time that's passed. If anyone has any information, no matter how small it might seem, I urge you to reach out to the authorities. This family needs peace, and this little boy deserves to know the truth about what happened to his mother. My thoughts are with them during this painful journey.
