I’ve been following the incident involving Marsavious Frazier and Daqarion Hunter, and it's been weighing heavily on my mind. I keep thinking about the third friend who witnessed it all. I can’t even begin to imagine what he's going through right now. Being there and seeing your closest friends in such a tragic situation is something no young person should ever have to experience.
From the accounts, it’s clear that it was a heart-wrenching accident with no malice involved, which might bring some semblance of closure, but I hope he’s getting the support he needs. The trauma of witnessing such an event can have long-lasting effects, and I truly hope the community continues to rally around him.
Has anyone heard if there are any resources being offered specifically for those who might be indirectly affected, like classmates or friends who were close to Marsavious and Daqarion? The entire situation is just so incredibly sad, and I’m hoping everyone involved gets the help and healing they need.
