I can’t stop thinking about the Odegaard siblings. Does anyone else find it odd there's been no updates about any potential witnesses? It's been a while since they went missing from the Mistress, and you’d think someone might've seen something, especially if they were heading to such a specific area like Seymour Canal. With debris found but no solid leads, it feels like more could be shared with the public to help connect any possible dots. I hope the investigation is still active and someone out there remembers seeing something that day—anything that could help bring closure to this family. Anyone have thoughts on how often these types of search areas get revisited?

Hey everyone, I've been looking into the case of Eric and Renee Odegaard who went missing from the fishing vessel Mistress, and I'm really curious about the Seymour Canal area where debris was found. I've read that it's quite a tricky spot for boats due to the changing tides and weather conditions. Does anyone here have knowledge about how treacherous this area might be for small fishing vessels like the Mistress? Could that have played a role in what happened? It's haunting to think about how they just vanished without a trace. Any insights or local knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I was looking into the case of Eric and Renee Odegaard, who went missing from their fishing vessel Mistress, and I'm curious about the weather conditions around Seymour Canal during that time. I know the debris was found in the area, but could adverse weather have played a role in their disappearance? It seems like rough seas could explain the debris, and maybe it even affected search efforts. Has anyone with local knowledge or expertise in maritime conditions around Seymour Canal around that time weighed in on this? Would love to hear any insights from those familiar with the region's waters and how weather might have impacted things.
