Did anyone else find it strange that Ronald's boat ended up beached 70 miles away on the Wisconsin shoreline? With his experience, I'd imagine he was familiar with the waters and knew how to navigate them safely. Was there ever any talk about weather conditions that day, or signs of an accident? It seems odd for such an experienced fisherman to just go missing without a trace, especially in good weather. Also, the boat itself might hold clues—was it out of fuel, or did it have any damage? If anyone has more insights or speculative ideas, I'd love to discuss this peculiar case further.
I've been following the Ronald Jager case and can't help but wonder about the conditions on Lake Michigan the day he went missing. August weather can be unpredictable, and I wonder if sudden weather changes could have played a role in the events that unfolded. He was an experienced fisherman, so it's perplexing that the boat was found so far away in Wisconsin without him. Did anyone manage to find historical weather data from that day or any reports from other boaters about the conditions? It's these kinds of details that might piece together what happened during those crucial moments on the lake.
