I can't stop thinking about the powerful impact Katrina must have had on her community. From what I've read, her funeral at the House of Prayer Missionary Baptist Church was filled with folks whose lives she had touched. It's clear that she was cherished by so many people. It breaks my heart that her loved ones still don't have answers about who did this and why. It seems like the entire community of Flint feels this loss deeply, and I really hope that someone will come forward with the information needed to bring justice for Katrina. These senseless acts of violence must end. My thoughts are with her family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
