I can’t stop thinking about Shinique Collins’ kids and what they must be going through right now. Losing their mom in such a traumatic way is beyond painful, and knowing they were in the house when everything happened just breaks my heart for them. It's so important that they have a strong support network to help them cope with this tragedy. Does anyone know if family members or community services have stepped in to provide counseling or support for them? I hope they have all the love and care they need during this unimaginable time. If anyone has details on how the community is rallying around these kids, please share. ?

I've been following the tragic case of Shinique Collins, and I can’t stop thinking about the little ones who were in the apartment that night. It's deeply upsetting to imagine how their lives have changed in an instant. Losing a parent, especially in such a traumatic way, is something no child should ever have to endure. Collins' friends and family must be grappling with unimaginable pain, trying to support and protect these young kids while dealing with their own grief. I truly hope they find a supportive community around them to help navigate through this dark time. It seems vital that we discuss how to better address the needs of children in similar situations. It’s important not just to focus on their immediate safety but also their long-term emotional and psychological well-being. Does anyone know if there are community resources available for these children or their guardians?
