I’ve been following the Ray Baker Jr. case, and something that really stands out to me is the impact on his family. I can't imagine the pain of losing someone so suddenly and in such a senseless way. Ray had just moved back to Detroit to be near his family, and now his children and grandchildren have to deal with a huge void in their lives. Ray sounded like a genuinely kind person who didn’t deserve to be caught up in such violence. The fact that the suspected targets are uncooperative makes it so much harder to get justice for Ray. It’s frustrating because their silence could be preventing crucial information from coming to light—info that might help put the person responsible behind bars. It must be unbelievably difficult for his family to see this dragging on with no resolution. My thoughts go out to them, and I really hope that someone who knows something decides to step up. If anyone on here is from the area or knows details, even the smallest lead might be significant. Ray deserves justice, and his family deserves peace.

I’ve been following Ray Baker Jr.'s case and can't stop thinking about the two people in the Ford Taurus. It's frustrating knowing that they were possibly the intended targets yet aren't cooperating with the investigation. If there's any truth to them having crucial information, it seems so unfair that they might be able to help bring justice but choose not to. I can't imagine how that must feel for Ray's family, knowing there's a potential lead that's stalled. This incident is such a profound reminder of the challenges faced by those left behind. Ray’s loved ones deserve answers, and it’s deeply troubling that fear or other factors may be keeping those answers hidden. Keeping them in my thoughts and hoping someone finds the courage to come forward soon.

It's been over four years since Ray Baker Jr. tragically lost his life as an innocent bystander, and it still feels so raw. I can't imagine how incredibly painful this must be for his family and friends, knowing his life was cut short in such a brutal, senseless manner. It’s particularly upsetting that the main witnesses in this case are not cooperating with the police. If there's anyone out there who knows even the smallest detail, it could make all the difference in bringing Ray’s family some peace. The weight of gun violence in Detroit is evident, and Ray’s story is a haunting reminder of the innocent lives caught in its path. How can we work with local authorities to foster trust and encourage community cooperation? No one deserves to become just another statistic. My thoughts are with Ray’s family, and I sincerely hope for a break in the case soon.
