I came across this case while reading about unsolved crimes and it's just so upsetting. Rashaid Jetton’s death really struck a chord with me — not only because of the senseless nature of the crime but also knowing that his family and friends are still waiting for justice. I can’t even imagine how difficult that must be for them. What’s particularly curious is how someone could let off more than 20 shots in a neighborhood without attracting more witnesses or immediate leads. It feels like there must be someone out there who knows more about what happened that night. It’s crucial for anyone with information, no matter how small it seems, to come forward. Each piece of the puzzle might bring Rashaid's family one step closer to peace. I’m sending strength to Rashaid's loved ones and hoping that Detroit PD finds a breakthrough soon. This is a problem our communities need to tackle together, with love and vigilance against violence.
