Hey everyone, I've been following the Gonzalez case in Detroit, and something that's really on my mind is the impact on those three kids. It’s unimaginable to think about how they’ve been thrust into this situation, losing both parents so suddenly and violently. I saw on the news that they’re now living with relatives and can only hope that they're in a loving, supportive environment that helps them heal. I was heartened to hear about the community stepping up, not only with the GoFundMe campaign but also in terms of emotional and moral support. It’s moments like these when you realize the importance of having a community to rally around those who are suffering. If any forum members are local to Detroit, I'm curious if there have been any more community events or vigils in their honor? Keeping the Gonzalez kids in my thoughts and hoping they find strength in each other during this tough time. Let’s hope the investigators get the lead they need to bring some justice for Francisco and Maria and their children. Take care, everyone.
