Hey everyone, I'm diving back into Jan Stasiak's case today. Something that's been sticking with me is the area that wasn't mentioned much in reports—specifically, Jan's habit of visiting the small bakery on the corner of 3rd Avenue regularly. Has anyone else ever heard about this? I wonder if anyone scoped it out at the time or talked to the staff there. It’s possible Jan could have mentioned plans for the day, or maybe something seemed unusual. Sometimes these local spots can hold tiny details that might be helpful, especially in a case like this where leads are scarce. Maybe someone else remembers more or can share if this came up before? Every little bit counts!
I find it intriguing how Jan Stasiak, despite being 80, was known for his independence. It makes you wonder if he perhaps had a routine that wasn't as well-known to his family or neighbors. If he had a habit of visiting places outside of his usual spots, like an old friend's house or a specific community spot that others might not be aware of, it's possible there could be valuable leads there. It’s a long shot, but maybe there's someone who knew about a lesser-known part of his day-to-day life who hasn't yet come forward. Anyone have any thoughts on what might be overlooked in cases like this, where the person is independent and seemingly follows a predictable daily routine?
