Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the Grass Lake case and wanted to talk about the role of community in supporting the victims’ families. I can’t even imagine the pain of losing a loved one in such a senseless way, and it must be incredibly hard for Delmar Fraley’s family and the families of the other victims. I read that the local community came together to support each other, and it’s inspiring to see how people can unify in times of crisis.
There were reportedly vigils held, and many gathered to pay their respects to Delmar, Edward, and Michael. For the folks who attended or are from the area, how did the local support manifest? Was there anything that particularly stood out to you about the way the community has rallied? I find it heartening to see how neighbors step up for one another in moments of darkness.
Sending love and strength to the families as they navigate this unimaginable time.
