Has anyone else thought about the role of Project Green Light in Michael Artis' case? It's so unsettling that even with the surveillance footage, we still have no real leads on the murderer. This initiative was supposed to make Detroit safer, yet here we are, with a family mourning a beloved member and a community left on edge. I can’t imagine the ongoing pain his family must feel knowing there’s clear video evidence but no answers. It's like a twisted waiting game. If anyone has any insights on similar cases where Project Green Light footage helped, or how we can push for its better use, please share. Maybe things like this can prevent future tragedies. Justice for Michael and peace of mind for his loved ones should be a priority for all of us. Please, if anyone knows something, speak up.

I was just reading through the updates on the Michael Artis case, and something has been really sticking with me. It’s the fact that this happened in broad daylight and was caught on the Project Green Light camera. How does someone have the audacity to commit such a violent act with a camera rolling? It just shows how fearless or desperate this person must have been. It’s scary to think about how this impacts not just Michael’s family, but the whole community’s sense of safety. For those who aren’t aware, Project Green Light is supposed to help deter crimes like this, but what can be done when, even with surveillance, arrests aren’t happening? I can’t imagine the frustration and pain his family must be feeling, knowing there’s video evidence, yet still no answers. I hope someone comes forward soon. Keeping Michael’s family in my thoughts—hoping for justice for them and peace of mind for everyone in Detroit.
