Has anyone else been following the case of Brian Choi? I was thinking about the location where the shooting happened. North Park, especially back in 2009, had its share of challenges, but Brian's murder really brought to light the risks everyday people faced. It was a wake-up call for a lot of us living in the area at that time. I remember there being some hesitance to even drive through certain parts at night. The fear wasn't just from gang-related incidents but the random violence that seemed to spike without warning. It's really tragic how this case spotlighted genuine fears but still left us without answers. The reward they offered was substantial, and yet, all these years later, we're no closer to justice for Brian and closure for his loved ones.
