Does anyone else find it odd that Lahta Desilva took all her personal belongings but left behind her maid's uniform? I’ve been following her case, and this little detail sticks out to me. If she was planning on leaving, you’d think she might have left in a rush and forgotten something personal, not her work attire. Makes me wonder if leaving the uniform was purposeful. Like, maybe she wanted to signify that she wasn’t coming back and was done with that chapter of her life? Then again, it doesn’t explain why there's no verified information about her returning to Sri Lanka. I’m curious whether anyone has considered the possibility that someone might have seen her leave or if there are any CCTV cameras that might have caught a glimpse of her that day. It’s frustrating that there are no confirmed sightings after she left her employer’s home. Missing person cases like this are always hard to piece together when there are so many unknowns. If anyone has insights or theories, I'd love to hear them!
