I recently came across the case of Belinda Rechell Walker, and something that's been on my mind is how challenging it must be for her family and friends to continue living without closure. It's been years now, and the fact that there seems to be hardly any information or breakthroughs in the case must be incredibly hard for them. I read that her funeral was held at Ellisville Funeral Home, and I just keep thinking about how many loved ones must still be searching for answers after all this time. If anyone out there from the Magee area or anyone familiar with the case has any insight or thoughts on how investigations like this can stall for so long, I'd love to hear them. It's frustrating to think that someone could get away with such a violent act, and yet it's not uncommon in many unsolved cases. My heart goes out to everyone who knew Belinda, and I hope they find some peace eventually.
