I've been following the Terrance Green case closely, and something that's been on my mind is the role of the SWAT team that was called in for crowd control. It just shows how tense the atmosphere was that night. I can only imagine the fear and uncertainty that the local residents must have felt, seeing so many officers and a SWAT presence in their neighborhood. It must have been absolutely chaotic. It's such a sad reflection on how a tragic event can ripple out beyond just those directly involved. I hope Terrance's family can find some peace in knowing the community was there, trying to keep things safe and prevent any more harm. If anyone has more insight into how the town is coping or ways they’re planning to address community safety in the future, I'd be interested in hearing about it. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy.
