I was going through old missing person cases and stumbled upon Special Uecker's story from Rockford in 2005. After reading, I keep thinking about the ride she was waiting for. Who was this unknown person? I might be off, but it seems odd that there’s no info at all on who they might be or even how Special knew them. It makes me wonder if she met this person online or if they were somehow connected to her everyday activities. There wasn't much online presence back in 2005 compared to now, but there were still ways to connect with strangers. I hope her case can still find some resolution. It’s so frustrating when these cases go cold with so many unanswered questions. If anyone has heard anything new or has any theories, please share!
