Has anyone else come across those mentions about Mauricio Guerrero's case and his ties to Jackson Memorial Hospital? It's puzzling how someone could just walk off while in need of medical care. Given the hospital is usually secure and staffed with professionals, it makes me wonder about the circumstances around his disappearance. Were there any lapses in protocol at the hospital, or could there have been any signs overlooked? Also, considering how densely populated Miami is, it's surprising there weren't more sightings or tips. If there are any fellow Florida locals here who remember anything from that time, even the smallest detail might help jog someone’s memory.
Did anyone else find it strange that Mauricio Guerrero was able to leave the hospital without anyone noticing? Hospitals usually have some pretty tight security and protocols, especially for patients who need medical attention. It just seems odd to me that he could've walked out unnoticed. I wonder if there's any information about who was working that day or if there were any witnesses who might have seen him leaving.
