I've been following the case of Jose Luis Estrada and his brother Jaime for a while now, and something that's always puzzled me is the role of their biological father, Jose Soto Estrada, in all of this. If reports that he might have taken them to Durango, Mexico, are true, does anyone know what legal steps could be taken to bring him to justice if they're found there? Also, I've read that sometimes missing persons cases where the family is involved can fall into a sort of legal gray area, especially when crossing international borders. Does anyone have insights or similar case stories? It's been so many years, but I still hold onto hope for these brothers. Every lead matters!
