Has anyone else been following the developments in the Damien Green case? It's been five years now, and it's troubling to think that his family still doesn't have the closure they deserve. The fact that the suspect's car was found burned is such a chilling detail. It feels like whoever's behind this is trying to erase any trace they can, which speaks volumes about their intentions and mindset. I can't help but wonder how many critical pieces of evidence might have been lost in those ashes.
I also can't stop thinking about the other two individuals who were shot on the same day. Knowing that they survived must be bittersweet for them, given that Damien did not. I hope the law enforcement agencies can get past the backlog and find the leads they desperately need. It's a grim reminder of the uphill battle faced by small-town police departments. If there's anyone in Natchez who knows something, I truly hope they find the courage to step forward. The community's safety and peace of mind depend on it.
Hello everyone,
I’ve been following the discussion here and wanted to bring up a point about the suspected arson involved in Damien Green’s case. It just strikes me as so unsettling that the suspect’s vehicle, connected to such a violent event, was found burned on Cemetery Road. This act of setting the car on fire seems so deliberate, likely an attempt to destroy evidence or cover tracks. It makes me wonder what other pieces of evidence might have been lost with it.
The fact that this piece of the puzzle remains unsolved must be incredibly frustrating for Damien’s family and friends. It’s as if each act of violence just creates more questions than answers. I truly hope that with advances in forensic science, there might still be hope in retrieving something useful from the remains of the vehicle.
Sending thoughts and prayers to all those impacted by this tragedy. If anyone has any ideas or theories about this aspect of the case, I’d be interested in hearing them. This community could help spark a lead that could provide some much-needed answers.
Stay safe, everyone.
Hey everyone,
I've been following the case of Damien Green's tragic death in Natchez, and something that's really troubling is the suspect’s burned vehicle found on Cemetery Road. It's incredibly unsettling to think about the lengths this person went to, potentially to cover their tracks. How often do we see this kind of extreme attempt to destroy evidence in such cases? It makes you wonder about the mindset and desperation of the individual involved.
From what I understand, the police think these incidents might be connected to the October 1st shooting. Could this be a broader issue, like gang-related activity, or just someone trying to cause chaos in the community? My heart really goes out to Damien’s family and the families of the other victims. They deserve justice and closure.
Also, it's frustrating to hear about the backlog at the state crime lab. These delays must be gut-wrenching for the families waiting for answers. I'm hoping they receive the support they need to pressure the system for a faster resolution. If there's anyone from Natchez here, how is the community holding up? I imagine it's tough, but I hope everyone is rallying together and supporting each other.
Let’s keep discussing and sharing any insights we might have. Even the smallest detail could help the investigation. Stay safe.
