Hey everyone, I've been following Erik Payton's case and just can't stop thinking about the fact that he was so dedicated to his work and his community. Erik had just started his career as a correctional officer trainee, which shows he was truly committed to helping others and making a difference. I’ve been following Erik Payton’s case, and something that’s been on my mind is the timing of the police response. If they were called to the scene around 6 p.m., I wonder if anyone heard anything unusual before that time, like arguments or loud noises, that might narrow down when he was shot. Considering it’s an apartment complex, it's hard to believe that nobody noticed anything. Maybe potential witnesses don't realize they have critical information!
