Has anyone else looked into the timing of the altercation between Samantha Cullum and Charles "Too Short" Potts before the shooting? It's really troubling to think that Potts had already shown violent behavior towards Samantha while they were in the car coming from the VIP Lounge. From what I've read, this was just before everything escalated at the scene. It makes me wonder if this sort of behavior from Potts had been a pattern before that tragic night. Was there a chance for intervention, or was this the first time he was so openly aggressive? My heart goes out to Earl's family, especially since his mother was already experiencing trauma from the relationship she was in. Does anyone know if there have been any updates on community responses toward domestic violence support in the area since this incident? It would be reassuring to know there is a greater awareness and support for those in similar situations.
