Has anyone else been following the case of Sharon Grantham? I keep thinking about how much she went through after that accident. It's really saddening to think she had to fight so hard just to get what she deserved to live with some measure of comfort after her injury. I'm particularly interested in the aftermath of the legal battles. Considering how everything was dismissed once she passed, I keep wondering what happens to cases like this. Is there any accountability for the employer or do they just walk away? It's tough to see a system treat someone who was in such a vulnerable position this way. What are your thoughts on ensuring better protections for people in similar situations?
