Hey everyone,
The details surrounding the tragic deaths of Roger Chapman and Roy Fitzgerald are truly unsettling. I wanted to bring up something that hasn't been talked about much — the neighborhood's environment. Garner Street isn't exactly known for its high crime rates, so this double homicide really stands out and has shaken the community.
Some locals have mentioned how unusual it is to have something like this happen there because it's generally pretty quiet.
