Has anyone else been thinking about the impact this tragedy has had on the Alcorn State University community? It's hard to wrap my head around how something so horrible could happen at a place that's supposed to feel like a home away from home for students. I can only imagine the fear and trauma the students must be feeling right now. :( I'm really grateful to hear that the university is stepping up by offering counseling and support services to everyone affected. This is the kind of support network that can really make a difference in helping people heal. It hits really close to home, knowing that Tahir Fitzhugh and his friends were just looking to enjoy a night out and ended up as victims of something so senseless. I think we all need to keep talking about this, not just on forums but in our communities too. Gun violence around college campuses is becoming all too common, and it feels like now, more than ever, we need to push for change and support each other through these difficult times. Sending love to Tahir's family and all the Alcorn students grappling with this loss. ❤️
