I’ve been following the Herman Windom case and something has been really bugging me about the timeline. If the shooting happened around 7:30 a.m., how quickly was Joe Luther Brown identified and apprehended? I mean, it seems the police must have acted swiftly to make an arrest, which is commendable. I'm curious if it was through eyewitness accounts or surveillance that they were able to zero in on Brown so quickly. It just seems a bit murky with the initial reports not being clear on how things unfolded that morning. It’s so sad for Herman’s family to go through this, especially with the uncertainty of what exactly happened. They deserve all the support we can give as they seek answers and justice for Herman's tragic death.
