It just crushes me to think about what Kennedy's family must be going through right now. Visiting her boyfriend's grave on the day of her graduation, leaving her tassel behind... such a poignant moment turned horrifying by the end of the night. The fact that she had her entire life ahead of her, with dreams and aspirations, is so hard to take in. The work she put into Kaay’s Waxing Bar shows her drive and determination. We often talk about unsolved cases, but this one feels especially raw given how recent and senseless it is. How do we see progress when even surveillance cameras can't give us the full picture? I genuinely hope the community can keep the pressure on and that Kennedy and her family receive the justice they deserve.
