Has anyone else been thinking about the children who were there that night? Knowing three young ones were present during such a traumatic event just breaks my heart. I can't stop wondering how they're coping and what support systems are in place for them. It must have been terrifying for them, and I hope they have loving family or professionals who can help them process what happened. Also, without any arrests or details on how things escalated, it's hard to imagine the confusion they must feel. I truly hope that the community and authorities are doing everything they can to shield them from any more trauma. If anyone knows more about support programs in Carthage, it would be good to share.
