I've been following the tragic loss of Nakieta Lashawn McCarty and Joseph Lee Thames Jr., and one chilling aspect that stands out is the involvement of a minor. It's so troubling and raises so many questions about who this minor was and how they got involved with Frederick Allen in the first place. Were they in danger too, or just in the wrong place at the wrong time? My heart goes out to Nakieta's family and friends. It's unimaginable the pain they must feel knowing she lost her life in such a senseless act of violence. I hope there are efforts being made to understand the minor's role better so we can perhaps prevent future tragedies. Does anyone here have more insight into what happened with the minor?
