In the winter of 1993, a 32-year-old man named Michael Wayne Reynolds vanished from a place he knew well, the Texaco Docks in Marrero, Louisiana. He was last seen there on December 18, 1993, a day after his birthday. Since that day, no one has reported hearing from him.
