I’ve been following Christeian Benford’s case since it happened, and something that sticks out to me is the fact that Boykins Street, where he was found, isn’t typically known for heavy crime. It makes you wonder if this was a random attack or if someone specifically targeted him. The lack of suspects is frustrating, but I’m hoping someone from the community steps up with information soon. Christeian's family deserves answers, and we as a community need to support them in seeking justice. Anyone with even the slightest bit of info, please think about coming forward. It could make a huge difference.

Did anyone else catch the detail about the lack of shell casings at the scene of Christeian Benford's murder? It got me thinking about the kind of weapon that might have been used. If it's true, does it indicate a revolver was used instead of a semi-automatic? Revolvers don't eject shells, right? I'm no expert, but maybe it says something about the shooter's experience or state of mind? Someone familiar with firearms might have chosen a revolver intentionally to avoid leaving evidence, or it could have just been what they had available. It’s disturbing to think how planned this might have been. My thoughts are with Christeian's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. Hopefully, the police can get some solid leads soon and bring some closure to those who loved him.
