Has anyone looked into the possibility of this being related to local gang activity? The fact that his body was left for days makes me wonder if this is the work of someone sending a message. Isaiah was so young, and his family must be devastated, missing such a bright future he could have had. The community meetings are a step in the right direction, but we need actionable outcomes. Ridgeland isn't that big of a place, and someone must have seen or heard something. Sometimes people feel scared to come forward, but it could really make a difference in this case. Has anyone heard updates from those meetings, or is there any increased police presence in response? I hope Isaiah’s family finds the answers they deserve soon.
