Has anyone looked into whether Benjamin had any connection to places or people outside of his regular routine? I know he was known to visit the Broadneck Library, but maybe there's somewhere else he went that hasn't been talked about yet. I've seen cases where missing people are eventually found to have sought solace in less obvious places. With his note about "the father who loves me," it makes me wonder if he might have been seeking a sanctuary or refuge somewhere he felt might offer comfort. Also, has the local church community weighed in or provided any assistance in the search? Sometimes friends or acquaintances from there might have more insight than we realize. Still really hoping for any small lead to surface that could bring some answers!
I've been following the Benjamin Gomez Sagun Jr. case with great interest, and something's been bugging me about the note he left just before he vanished. The line "I'm going to the father who loves me" is undeniably cryptic and open to interpretation. Does anyone else think it could allude to something beyond just a religious context? I mean, could "father" have been symbolic for someone he was planning to meet or reconcile with, maybe someone from his past? It just seems odd to me that he phrased it in such a way, and I'm curious if anyone else has a theory on this. Especially considering he was on his way to church, it makes you wonder if there was a deeper personal or emotional layer to his disappearance. Would love to hear any thoughts or similar cases where a note like this played into the mystery.
I was reading up on the Benjamin Gomez Sagun Jr. case again and something caught my attention that I hadn't considered before – the timing of his disappearance. He left so early, 6:30 a.m., saying he was going to church. I'm curious if anyone knows if there was a particular service or event scheduled at his church that day at such an early hour? Maybe he mentioned attending a special meeting or gathering to someone?
It's odd because usually services are a bit later in the morning. I wonder if something specific was drawing him out at that early hour or if it was just his routine to get there early. If anyone in the community has insights or was part of that church around the time of his disappearance, it could really help shed some light on his last known movements. I hope the family gets answers soon, it's been too long without the closure they need.
