Has anyone been following the details around the dismissal of charges against Noah Combs? It’s so puzzling to me that the charges were dropped with prejudice because of lack of evidence. I'm thinking about Edward H. Rogers’ family and how this must be an incredibly difficult time for them, navigating these legal hurdles and the uncertainty it brings. It must be so confusing and frustrating, knowing that the person initially charged could walk free without much closure.
